We provide a text relay service for people who are deaf, hearing impaired or have a speech impediment. Our offices have audio induction loops. Please contact us before visiting the Town Hall so we can make arrangements for a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter to be available.

We partner with Plan Alpha Systems to deliver our website. We work with our partner to fix any issues we find.
We use a combination of manual and automated checks with the accessibility tool Siteimprove to review and address issues as we find them.
We test our website every five days using automated scanning software provided by Siteimprove. We aim to resolve any issues as soon as possible when we find them.
